Over 60 mins you’ll get detailed feedback on your barbell lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Bench press, Shoulder press and Power clean.
We can also cover programming & healthy eating guidance to help you hit new strength training numbers on the barbell whilst keep pace with recovering from weekly exercise.
We will review your form videos together and you’ll get a good insight onto how to adjust your lifts and exactly what to do in your training.
This option is ideal if your location or diary makes it difficult to make it to a 1:1 session with me, or for an interim check on any form issues that might be creeping into your lifts.
Once purchased I will be in touch to arrange our video call and I will also send you over a document that shows the angles to film your lifts from.
