He is contracted to the NHS as well as in private practice in Surrey & London and frequently travels worldwide to speak at leading industry and psychology conferences.

I’ve known for a long time that true wellbeing extends beyond exercise and nutrition, it’s important to take care of the body, but to ignore stress and other factors is to leave the picture incomplete for a path to true wellbeing.

It’s one of the reasons I go beyond just sets and reps, to also listen to what people say to me about life outside the gym.

Of course I can only do so many jobs, and coaching is a busy field, that’s why I am taking time out to support the good people at Mind charity in the work they do to help people’s mental wellbeing.

I’ll putting down the barbell for an evening and instead picking up a guitar to entertain you.

Joining me will be a wonderful harpist Ellie Turner, and it will be an evening of acoustic music, and money raised for a very good cause.
